We carry $5 million public liability and $200,000 transit insurance, and you pay zero excess on a damage claim — which is unusual in this industry and worth checking against any other quote you're holding. No. You'll get one call from a coordinator who talks through what you're moving and recommends the truck size, crew number and likely hours. If you want to think about it or compare quotes, that's completely fine — we'd rather you book with confidence than feel pushed. We don't sell or share your details with anyone.

No fuel or depot charge within a 5km radius of the Melbourne CBD. Beyond that there's a single one-off travel charge, which your coordinator will tell you up front. All prices are door to door and GST inclusive, so the hourly rate you're quoted is the hourly rate you pay.

We offer full or partial packing, and unpacking at the other end. We supply all the materials and deliver boxes to your door before the move, then collect the used ones afterwards so you're not left with a garage full of cardboard. Wrapping your furniture in blankets and shrink-wrap is included in every job at no extra cost.

Because we own trucks from 2 to 12 tonne we match the vehicle to the access rather than sending whatever is in the yard. Have boxes packed and sealed unless you've booked packing, keep a clear path to the door, and make sure parking and any lift booking are sorted so the clock isn't running while we wait. Keep valuables, documents and medication with you. Beyond that, point at things — the crew will do the lifting.
